Dominic brings to the Parapet Management team a wealth of experience in Human Resources, Operations and General Management gained progressively over a period spanning more than 20 years. His experience straddles a diversity of industries including floriculture, security, manufacturing and a not for profit organisation. He has previously served as the Human Resource Director for G4S Kenya Ltd before taking over in a similar capacity at Magadi Soda Ltd. He then moved on to become the MD for Security Group Africa, Tanzania and more recently served as Chief Operating Officer at the Northern Rangelands Trust.
Dominic’s areas of expertise include strategic HR management; operations management, organizational transformation and design; managing for diversity and leading multicultural teams; motivating staff; Business process outsourcing; Collectiveconsultation; Performance/Reward management; Talent Development and leading diverse teams towards the achievement of organisational objectives.
He holds aMaster’s in Business Administration (MBA) – Human Resources and Strategic
Management fromMoi University and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Government and Linguistics from the University of Nairobi.
Some of his hobbies include travelling, sight-seeing, an array of sporting activities including football, cycling, motor-sports, lawn tennis and he occasionally hits the gym.
Dominic is happily married with three children.
Group Head of Operations
Cyrus Kihoro
With up to 16 years of experience in Operations and Logistics Management, Cyrus is responsible for the coordination of all Parapet operations. With added experience in Customer Relationship Management, he is able to ensure that the needs of all our clients are not only met but surpassed.
Prior to joining Parapet Limited, Cyrus was a Strategic Account Manager at G4S where he served in various Operations capacities within the company for over 10 years. He has wealth of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Operations, Strategic Account Management and Sales.
Cyrus has an MBA in Strategic Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business studies and his key strength is management of human resources.
In his free time, he enjoys reading Business Journals, travelling and he is an ardent football fan. Cyrus is married with two children.
Group Head of Finance and Procurement
Stephen Ndung’u Githinji
Stephen Ndung’u Githinji joined Parapet Limited with effect from 4th October 2017. Stephen is an accomplished Finance Manager who will be relied upon to steer the finance function through its next strategic phase so as to realise our short, medium and long term growth objectives.
Stephen has over fifteen years of finance, accounting and general management experience. Prior to joining Parapet, he was the Group Finance Manager at GSK Group, Djibouti, the country’s leading shipping and Logistics group of companies. His other engagements have been at Sanofi Eastern and Southern Africa as Regional Finance Manager responsible for fourteen countries in the region. He was also the Chief Accounting Officer at Alcatel-Lucent East Africa and the Treasury Accountant at Nampak Kenya Limited.
Stephen is a Certified Public Accountant CPA (K). He is also currently pursuing a professional course in Company Secretarial (CPS) and an MBA in Strategic Management.
Stephen adapts well to different environments with ease, and has a fine ability to work with the team as he provides direction towards the achievement of agreed goals. He enjoys new challenges including talent development for the youth and working inspiring people. He is happily married with two children with whom he enjoys spending time and lists traveling and listening to gospel music as some of his hobbies.
