She has had opportunity to be involved in both medium scale and major corporate organizations providing her with skills for ongoing day-to-day delivery and also capability in knowledge management, managing change and setting up effective systems. She is keen on questioning and changing status quo whilst ensuring sustainability and superior business support.
Her experience in companies that span between 300 and over 15,000 employees in the range of security, courier logistics, data management and telecommunication services has provided her with local, government and international strategic human resource proficiency.
Her major strengths are her love for people and an ability to infuse energy into the organization, and create enthusiasm for new systems. This is by carrying out organizational evaluations to create alignment, accountability and business focus thus creating a critical linkage between execution and business goals from a human resource perspective.

Jesse is an accomplished Finance Manager. The Finance Department provides management, control and administration of all fiscal operations Company. Thus, Jesse supports the Parapet Ltd in budget development and determining long range financial planning.
He has over fifteen years of finance, accounting and auditing experience.
Prior to joining Parapet, Jesse was the Head of Finance at Blue Shield Insurance Company Ltd “under statutory management” where the main task was production of a Statutory Report on the Financial Position of the Company.
He is a Certified Public Accountant – Kenya and has a Bachelor of Science (Applied Accounting) from Oxford Brooks University (U.K). He has also pursued ACCA up to Fundamental Level. Jessy is also currently pursuing an MBA in Strategic Management and Finance.
His major strength is adapting to different environment with ease, and ability to manage different types of financial situations. He is happily married with three children, enjoys spending time with his family and listening to music.
Currently pursuing her MBA at Daystar University, Leah is a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing & Business Administration) graduate with extensive experience in Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Fund and Portfolio Management.
As full member of the Marketing Society of Kenya, she is an accomplished marketer with Over 8 years’ and also leads the Parapet Group as the Quality Management Representative in ensuring adherence to the ISO 9001:2008 standards.
Prior to joining Parapet ltd, she worked as the Team Leader – Investments Advisory, heading a team of investment advisors at ICEA Asset Management Limited and was also the Senior Wealth Management Advisor at British American Asset Managers. Leah has also worked in the advertising and aviation industry.
Caroline is Group Head of Sales, with responsibility for developing and implementing the sales strategy, client management, oversee tender management and preparation of annual sales budgets. Prior to joining Parapet Cleaning Services, she worked in sales and business development at several companies, and served in different staff positions in the media industry. She has extensive experience in People Management, Business Development, Contract Negotiations and Corporate Strategy
Caroline’s greatest strengths are her creativity, drive and leadership skills. She thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach. Caroline holds a Bachelor’s degree (Bed Arts) from Kenyatta University and an MBA from Curtin Graduate School of Business in Australia.
She enjoys exploring her various culinary skills and listening to music.
With up to 16 years of experience in Operations and Logistics Management, Cyrus is responsible for the coordination of all Parapet operations. With added experience in Customer Relationship Management, he is able to ensure that the needs of all our clients are not only met but surpassed.
Prior to joining Parapet Limited, Cyrus was a Strategic Account Manager at G4S where he served in various Operations capacities within the company for over 10 years. He has wealth of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Operations, Strategic Account Management and Sales.
Cyrus has an MBA in Strategic Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business studies and his key strength is management of human resources.
In his free time, he enjoys reading Business Journals, travelling and he is an ardent football fan. Cyrus is married with two children.
